中國政府已從法國開發(fā)署申請(qǐng)了一筆貸款，用于支付法國開發(fā)署貸款**市建設(shè)自然與文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和合理利用示范工程項(xiàng)目的費(fèi)用，并計(jì)劃將其中的一部分貸款用于支付第六包：大碑溪、**公園、茶鹽古道初步和深化設(shè)計(jì)研究與工程（EPC）項(xiàng)目（重新招標(biāo)）（招標(biāo)編號(hào)：****）合同項(xiàng)下的合格支出。
一、本合同建設(shè)內(nèi)容和工期
項(xiàng)目名稱：法國開發(fā)署貸款**市建設(shè)自然與文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和合理利用示范工程項(xiàng)目第六包：大碑溪、**公園、茶鹽古道初步和深化設(shè)計(jì)研究與工程（EPC）項(xiàng)目（重新招標(biāo)）（招標(biāo)編號(hào)：****）
合同內(nèi)容：
建設(shè)內(nèi)容（大碑長橋步行系統(tǒng)建設(shè)；大碑長橋騎行系統(tǒng)建設(shè)；茶鹽古道本體修復(fù)建設(shè)；大碑長橋生態(tài)公園及村落綠地生態(tài)修復(fù)工程；古民居修復(fù)建設(shè)；茶鹽古道闡釋系統(tǒng)建設(shè)工程。本工程的EPC總承包工作，包括本工程的任務(wù)大綱技術(shù)部分 研究與設(shè)計(jì)文件、施工直至竣工驗(yàn)收合格及整體移交、工程保修期內(nèi)的缺陷修復(fù)和保修工作）；
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容（本部分分為兩部分：一是本包涉及項(xiàng)目所需的測繪和導(dǎo)則編制部分，二是工程項(xiàng)目涉及的包括大碑長橋區(qū)域和茶鹽古道區(qū)域的方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)）；
測繪內(nèi)容（包括公園、慢行系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目地形圖繪制和古村落綠地、古民居的建筑測繪）。
工期：24個(gè)月

The People s Republic of China has applied for the loan from the Agence Fran?aise de Développement toward the cost of Ningde City Utilizes AFD Loans to Construct a Demonstration Project for Natural and Cultural Heritage Protection and Reasonable Utilization and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Lot 6: Preliminary and advanced design studies and works (EPC) of Dabei River, Wan'an Park and the Salt-Tea Road River (Re-bidding).
