技術(shù)規(guī)格：

（1）本模座設(shè)備安裝于兩片罐生產(chǎn)線沖杯工藝的雙動(dòng)沖床上，用于生產(chǎn)211-330ml罐型的前工序鋁杯胚料，要求沖床每沖一次，模架可生產(chǎn)出15個(gè)鋁杯胚料；

（2）所提供的模架與招標(biāo)人現(xiàn)有沖杯沖床(序列號(hào)：DAC-150-S-30954)相匹配，安裝時(shí)使用現(xiàn)有的機(jī)械滾輪滑道安裝；

（3）升級(jí)現(xiàn)有模座安裝機(jī)構(gòu)為新型快速換型磁力板機(jī)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)330與500罐型模座的快速切換；

（4）其他技術(shù)參數(shù)詳見(jiàn)技術(shù)附件。

資金來(lái)源：現(xiàn)匯項(xiàng)目

2. 交貨地點(diǎn)和交貨時(shí)間：

交貨地點(diǎn)：境外設(shè)備：CIF**港；關(guān)境內(nèi)設(shè)備：**寶鋼制罐項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

交貨時(shí)間：中標(biāo)通知書(shū)發(fā)出之日起7****工廠交貨條件

Technical specifications：

(1)The die holder will be installed on the double-acting press of cupping process of 2-piece can making line to produce aluminum blanks for cans of 211-330ml. It is required that one punching of the press can produce15 blanks at the die-set.

(2)The die-set is provided to fit into the existing raceway of mechanical roller that matches to the cupping press (serial no.: DAC-150-S-30954) to ensure no modification on the cupping press;

(3)Upgrade the existing mold base mounting mechanism to a new fast-changing magnetic plate mechanism to realize the rapid switching between 330 and 500 can mold bases;

(4)Other technical requirements are detailed in the technical section。

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：Delivery at Seller's factory within 7 months from the date of notice of award

Delivery place：Overseas equipment: CIF/ Shanghai Port ;Inside Equipment:Xiamen Baosteel can project site.

Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

4. Time for purchasing Tendering documents: Starting from：2025-02-25 to 2025-03-04 (Beijing time).
